About Me

Growing up the youngest of six in a family of Irish storytellers, Joanne learned early on the power of a good narrative to bridge differences and forge lasting connections. 

This appreciation for the magic of storytelling has fueled her career at global companies like Amazon Web Services, Salesforce, and AT&T, where she honed her passion for using clear communication to drive change, inspire action, and foster understanding.

In 2022, Joanne was selected to present at the International Association of Business Communicator World Conference, where she shared her experience leading a small AWS team to achieve impactful results while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.

A native Californian based in the Bay Area, Joanne cherishes time with her husband and three children, along with pursuing personal interests such as writing poetry, running, photography, and reading.
